In September 2013, through a mutual acquaintance we contacted IBS and presented Greg and Steve with the mammoth task of designing and building our dream home. This included trying to figure out how to build a house on a block with a five metre slope, maximising the space available and most importantly at the most affordable price possible. The instant reaction from both of them was “yep, we can get all that sorted” and they did beyond anything we could have imagined. Multiple meetings, conversations, design changes and phone calls were always handled and dealt with effectively without fuss or frustration. We employed Greg Taylor to do the renovations on our house. Greg took on the job of transforming our house from a basic three bedroom ex-government into a four bedroom house that comprised a rumpus room, ensuite, new kitchen and large outdoor entertainment area. Greg always kept us informed through each stage of the renovation and was always very caring and mindful of the fact he was in our home.Every time that Greg said that he would do something on a particular date, he delivered as promised. He was also very careful not to leave a mess behind him.
