We sat down with the client to discuss their goals and what they wanted to achieve by extending and renovating their home. We were able to provide a plan that met their goals and dreams and met building regulations for their suburb.
A new living area was added to the existing house. The extension was built using timber bearer and joists, with double-glazing to all new windows. The sub floor area for the entire house was also insulated. A beautiful solid Tasmanian Oak floor was laid through extension into the existing dining room and sunken lounge room. A Blackbutt timber deck was built off the extension, through a stacked sliding door. We were able to incorporate the roofline for the extension into the roofline of the existing sunroom.
Our clients were ecstatic with their new house and new standard of living. Being able to see clients so happy in their beautiful new homes provides us with great pleasure and the drive to continue changing people’s lives by what we do.
